Didier Lenormand is CEO of Didier L Consulting Ltd, HK which provides consulting services in the domains of air cargo and asset management and profession training to airports, airlines and related companies.

Mr. Lenormand has special insights on air asset management and industry development, especially for Asian market. His specialty is to communicate with supervising organizations and provide customized solutions to meet the demands of different air markets.

In the position of the Director of Market Development, Mr. Lenormand served Airbus for almost 40 years (1978-2015). His career took off as a market analyst, then promoted to product marketing manager and to chief marketing officer. Mr. Lenormand once directed Airbus market analysis, asset management projects, focusing on developing Asian market and the secondary development of widebody aircrafts. In addition, he led the team to be responsible for Airbus asset management- aircraft buy-backs, thus the business scale of Airbus got expanded.
